A while ago the option "see friendship" also showed the pages liked in common, but was removed from there and from what I saw no longer exists anywhere.
A while ago I asked this question on the facebook support and did not get a decent answer. The only response I got was from a contributor claiming "Privacy", however, if you go to /Likes from any profile (friend or not), you can see ALL the pages that person likes. This "privacy" makes no sense. If I can see all someone else’s liked pages, what’s the problem with having a filter stating which ones are in common with me?
Tinder: Tinder does this, however, only compares the last 100 pages of both profiles, besides having the need for the match, anyway, Tinder is definitely not the environment for this.
I would like to know if there is a tool for this function, or if it is simple to scan the pages and a profile and compare, through the API.
Thank you.
Advocating whether the Facebook privacy policy makes sense or not I think it is not the case, and in my opinion whether it was removed surely had some valid reason at least (even if it is not our knowledge). As far as I know, there’s no other tool officer apart from the Graph api, running away from it will be from third parties, but the most direct way would be to fetch the pages liked by the two people and compare the return.
