htaccess Mobile redirection

I wanted to redirect the desktop site to the mobile site using htaccess. I already managed to do, but I wanted to pass the desktop url to the mobile url so I could junk the conversion.

Ex:

www.sitedesktop.com.br/#/categorias/informatica/pagina/3/

wanted htaccess to redirect to mobile by passing the parameters after #/. The mobile index will have a variable to receive this parameter.

The real problem is, convert the desktop url to the mobile url, since the two are different. I just need to receive on mobile the url that the client accessed by the desktop in order to be able to handle it. If there is another way. :)
