Suddenly the Woocommerce store starts presenting 503 errors

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
looking at the error logs got:

in various parts, such as finalize purchase, edit order and so on. I didn’t find the cause of the error.
I already increased the timeout, memory usage and even then it didn’t work.
someone knows the cause and resolution?
other pages . php occur the same problem? If it occurs it is because the server is in maintenance mode probably.

yes, but the error only happens when you complete a purchase, changes the status of the order and other processes
