As I could create a category in the select of input text type that when selecting I could write a note in the request. Type have several categories as shown in the image below and when selecting one appears the items to be ordered and when I click it goes to the order table , but I would like to create a category of input text as well , as could do ?
You wanted every time you fill in the input text, it creates a new category?

@Maxrogério No when selecting a category with the name Obs for example open an input text to insert some observation .
