When I open Sqlite3 on Windows 10, it simply opens the command prompt, giving command permission in front of the line sqlite>.
Already in windows 7 and 8 it opens normally.
My intention to use Sqlite is for a simple connection to a basic Java application.
Ué, but Sqlite3 is command-line, you can use some other interface application to manipulate sqlite bases, such as the eclipse itself, or Squirrel. But the official program of Sqlite3 is in command line same.
