There are 3 basic forms of monetization:

• Free (with ads)
• Freemium (with purchases made within the App itself)
• Paid (with a specific value to carry out the installation)

The 3 are relatively easy. Maybe you don’t have to think which one is easier or not, but which one would be more viable for you. Each application has its own feature regarding monetization depending on the type of service you will offer. Try to identify your target audience first before monetizing. Implementation is the easiest part of the whole story.
