Connection error in Composer install?

I’m having trouble turning the remote composer install no Laravel. I am very beginner in the use of it yet, so I have no idea what could generate this error:

> php artisan clear-compiled
Erro na conexão, verifique o log de erro para mais informações.
> php artisan optimize
Erro na conexão, verifique o log de erro para mais informações.

I I already deleted the vendor folder and Composer.lock. and I tried to spin, it didn’t work. Someone would have a light to help me?
