I have a specific link that gives discount for a purchase, but I can not pass this link to customers because it is fixed and the person would have indiscriminate access to discount. So I thought that one solution might be to create a secondary link that redirects to that main, but that the secondary expires after, say, 1 hour that was sent. It is possible to do this?
Once the person was redirected to that link, they couldn’t easily grab that link from the address bar and log in indiscriminately every time they wanted a discount on their site?

You could send a code along with the link. .
