I have an application in WPF + MS ACCESS where users register, query, etc. The main server is located in SP, but we have branches in RJ, BA, MG, PR, RS, GO, etc, which also access the tool. Due to connection problems in these branches, it turns out that a simple SELECT It takes a long time to run and the connection doesn’t end up falling. We thought to replicate this database to the local PC and make a robot (console) to update both the local database and send the information to the BD central SP.
Thinking that what I have at hand is only the MS ACCESS and the VS2013, is the best way to solve this problem? If not, what would be a better way?
I suggest rethinking the database to be used. MS ACCESS itself is already slow!

My wish would be to use SQL Server but I do not have this possibility, the company does not allow by policies... I need to do this with ACCESS even.
