I own an android phone without NFC and need to program an application that manipulates this tool. Is there an emulator that simulates NFC on my phone so I can test my programs?

To NFC - Near Field Communication - is a technology that allows the exchange of information between devices without the need for cables or wires, only a physical approximation is necessary. If your cell phone does not have this technology, is not possible make a transfer. But there are some desktop software that can simulate, such as the OPEN NFC.
