@Gabrielranéabarbosa the example you gave me is similar to what I expect, but bar should take part of the div in the case overlap and be responsive, but thank you for the strength.

@Magichat unfortunately I do not have the code this image I passed is not of a ready page, but what I would like to do is only a page with a bar above covering a part of the div with a caption in the bar.
