Forgive me if this question seems a little ignorant, but one thing I realized while testing some plugins was that some, old or not, did not work with a specific version of Jquery. by default was using the version 3.1, and since it is/was the most updated I thought that all plugins, old or not, would work, but I saw that some only worked with the version 1.10 etc., why does this happen? what is the best way to get around this?
above version 3 are beta, use 1.9.1 or 2.1.1 more used!

The "stable" version is 1.9.1. In quotation marks it has the highest number of
deprecatedof the other versions and the most used one based on other frameworks– William Aparecido Brandino
