Remove UI Debugging Tools from Window

I would like to know how to remove the option UI Debugging Tools for XAML appears at the top of the window WPF (as shown below)

Clear the option:

Tools ⇢ Options ⇢ Debugging ⇢ General ⇢ Enable UI Debugging Tools for XAML.
