I was uninstalling for Iobit Microsoft Visual Studio & Xamarin, then tried to reinstall and is giving these errors.
I have tried to uninstall deleting the folders from the files and the Logs on Windows, wiped the logs among others and even then I can’t reinstall always from these errors.
Can someone please help me?

Visual Studio installer removes only "core" from VS, use this tool to clean the remaining programs https://github.com/Microsoft/VisualStudioUninstaller and even then check if any still installed,after the removal of all applications it is recommended to restart the computer,after restarting can proceed with the installation of VS2015
