When opening any file . aspx, the visual studio does not recognize the code, everything is black.
I also realized that when trying to create a new project, the web option does not appear, and I installed Web Development.
Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Try to use the Visual Studio Code. You can do much more than this version of Visual Studio, which besides being old, It was not made to suit well the web development.

I think there must be something wrong with your installation, but on the page, click on it with the right and choose to open with.. choice (Web Form Editor)
