Help in Curl, resending the form

I am having a question as to the process of sending the form with CAPTCHA, I’m trying to get data straight from DENATRAN, let’s understand what I did.

  1. Get the information: I made a Curl script along with the Phantomjs to be able to pull information from the DENATRAN.
  2. Process the CAPTCHA: i can do code verification automation of the CAPTCHA which is on the form.

My question now is: How can I send or forward what I picked up from there, because there is a token in the form, someone can give me a help, I know the form passes 6 parameters (hdnIntRC, hdnMsg, txtCPFCNPJ, txtCodRenavam, txtToken_captcha_serpro_gov_br, txtTexto_captcha_serpro_gov_br).
