Hello. I need to develop an application for Android, to extract and delete a mysql database in a pi Raspberry, being in the same network. I thought about doing it per ssh, however, I never developed something for mobile devices, and I don’t have much experience with Android Studio. How can I start this project?

Your question is very generic. In wiki from the "android" tag here from Stackoverflow in Portuguese has some cool tutorials (in the part of Tutorials & Examples) and I advise you to do them initially so you get a certain understanding of Android before you start your project.
