Read file . qrp with php

I am creating a PHP application that depends on the data of another application (legacy). Such data are exported using the format . qrp, the problem is I’ve never seen this format before.

If someone knows how to turn . qrp into a spreadsheet it would also be useful, as data extraction would be very easy.

There are several programs that can generate Ports with QRP files.
