Connecting Powerpoint to Access through VBA?

Question

I’m creating a kind of "urn" Power Point would like to 3 (three) basic solutions for calculating votes;

1. When you click the confirm button, the vote is automatically sent by e-mail, to a particular e-mail address;
2. When you click the confirm button, the vote is automatically sent to a Database on Access.
3. By clicking the confirm button, the vote is sent to a table at the end of the slide where it can be accessed with a password.

I would also like that with a Textbox, the voter put his name and after voting, was sent to the Access BD or by email.
