How to Get Data from a Mysql Database from id

Good people have this voting system where it saves in the database the votes . Only that it pulls all the data at once using the code below, the file will return ALL registered names. But I want to display only one at a time: according to the id for example on the Ana page where the id and 1 it returns the votes of id 1 and on the Marcos page where the id is 2 it returns the votes of id 2 and so on, follows the code.

Use the "WHERE" clause in your select, example:

$query = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM frases WHERE id = "'.$id.'" ORDER BY id DESC" );

Where $id is the id of the "Ana" recovered the way you think best
