WPF XAML does not render

Question

I’m having trouble with the view only renders normally when I insert the Resourcedictionary in the Resources of the same, but when I insert the Resourcedictionary in the App.xaml Resources the view in question does not render no error messages in the Visual Studio output. Someone has been through this problem and knows how to solve it?
