It is possible to import the following table on this site to excel using VBA ?
The path is as follows :

I tried using excel’s New Web Query tool but apparently for this page does not work.
It may help. Registered Loans - BTC, this is a text file with predefined column size (see pdf with specifications on the site). Manually it is possible (in the Data tab) to start a Text connection indicating the link address

The complete table can be downloaded manually by starting From Web connection indicating the link
