Structure Cakephp

Question

I’m starting a project on Cakephp 2.X and it has CMS + Website.

I would like to know the best way (correct and usual) to structure the files, as I would not like to keep all the files together, that is, the Back and Front files in the same Model, Controller and/or View.

If the best (or unique) way is putting it together, fine. But I would like to know if I have other options to structure the files for a better organization of the project.

After a search in some forums the best option, in my case, was to develop the application as if it were a Cake Plugin.

Many programmers use this technique.
