Good morning, I’m trying to create an Android project, more appears this message,
and when I create the project I choose Blank Activity it does not create gets stuck on the main_activity screen.
Could someone help me?

Friend download the sdk from the link below:
https://developer.android.com/studio/index.html.
Then follow these steps:

8 - restart the eclipse as requested and after reboot.
9 - Informing the Android installation directory
Ready, now you have an Android environment in your Eclipse, and to create a new project just go in Menu File>New>Other... eclipse, and select the option Android... From then on it will depend on what you intend to develop.
