Send and Receive data with popup

Question

I have a list on the parent page as follows:

When I click on any row of the table a popup is opened, and I’m doing it as follows:

The open Popup is this:

What I’m wanting is, take the value of the line ID that I clicked and put it in a variable on the Popup page, how do I do this?

What could help you is working with CustomEvents: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/CustomEvent/CustomEvent

With them you have the possibility to pass data through your app natively.
