I wanted to do a Help for a commercial automation system that I created, that was in the style of Winrar help, and that was offline. But apparently according to the article Microsoft Help Viewer on Wikipedia it was only available until the 2010 version of Visual Studio.
There is some preferred Microsoft alternative to this in Visual Studio 2012/2013?

In fact Help Viewer seems discontinued. But there is a new version that came with Visual Studio 2012: Microsoft Help Viewer 2.0 (in English).
