How do I change the header color JTable
using the Nimbus Look And Fell?
I tried to use:
JTableHeader header = jTable2.getTableHeader();
header.setBackground(java.awt.Color.yellow);
But it didn’t work, it continues with the standard color.
package NewClass;
import javax.swing.table.JTableHeader;
public class NewJFrame extends javax.swing.JFrame {
public NewJFrame() {
initComponents();
JTableHeader header = jTable1.getTableHeader();
header.setBackground(java.awt.Color.yellow);
}
@SuppressWarnings("unchecked")
private void initComponents() {
jPanel1 = new javax.swing.JPanel();
jScrollPane1 = new javax.swing.JScrollPane();
jTable1 = new javax.swing.JTable();
setDefaultCloseOperation(javax.swing.WindowConstants.EXIT_ON_CLOSE);
jTable1.setModel(new javax.swing.table.DefaultTableModel(
new Object [][] {
{null, null, null, null},
{null, null, null, null},
{null, null, null, null},
{null, null, null, null}
},
new String [] {
"Title 1", "Title 2", "Title 3", "Title 4"
}
));
jScrollPane1.setViewportView(jTable1);
javax.swing.GroupLayout jPanel1Layout = new javax.swing.GroupLayout(jPanel1);
jPanel1.setLayout(jPanel1Layout);
jPanel1Layout.setHorizontalGroup(
jPanel1Layout.createParallelGroup(javax.swing.GroupLayout.Alignment.LEADING)

@Pedroafonso see the edition I made.

Had to set column by column on the model so thank you very much.

@Pedroafonso has another way but only works pro Imbus, you will use only this LAF even? Because I found a way that modifies with 1 line only.

How I do it that way??
