Which tool to use for sending SMS in Arabic

Good staff I have a PHP application and I need to send an SMS to some clients but I don’t know how to implement this function , how can I do?

Take a look at the Twilio.

It has a lot of features targeting mobile telephony such as automatic messages, sms checks, automatic voice call etc...

It is compatible with Phyton, Java, C#, Ruby, PHP and javascript, some famous companies like Coca Cola and Netflix use it.

Mate, you’ll have to find some company messaging (nexmo, zenvia, etc.) and hire their service. To make the integration with your system there will be all the support of the company you hired (similar to the check-out of an e-commenrce). Because each API will be implemented in a different way.
