I’m having a recurring code problem injected into an online store of mine. Use opencart version 1.5.6.
They usually inject code into multiple files and then change the model/tool/image.php extension to image.suspected
Know how to solve?

You need to check the folder permissions, and review all plugin and modules used, always good use paid and updated version.
It is also recommended to update your opencart.
