Delay in loading some records

Hello! We work with Sugarcrm. Anyone not familiar with Sugarcrm is a CRM made in mysql and php that uses the Zend framework. We used the opensource version and made some customizations.

I’m having trouble where some customer records take too long to load.

I would like to know the best way for me to find out why these customers do not carry.

Because they are not all, it is one or the other, if it were general all right I would even understand that it could be some query inside the mysql that is with problem, but it is not, it is only one or another record that takes to load and it is not every day. There are days that these same records load quickly and there are days that they decide to take to load.

I’d like to understand why that is. If by a case there is some way inside linux (the server the system is hosted on Debian linux) that I can monitor and find out what happens to these records.

  • So it’s all internal, the server is hosted here in the same company, we don’t depend on the internet to access it, just to send emails even.

Well we have a problem a little difficult to be traced, it may be several reasons, but let’s start from below.

I request that you lower the Zendserver which has its 30-day version, for full analysis of your system, infra and bank. And I advise from now on to use it is very excellent and greatly speeds your life.

This will be a complicated investigation to do without this tool, htop does not help much saw, so wish success! Post more details.

If this is a bottleneck in your system, I work as a PHP consultant and serve several companies in Brazil. Who knows if you can not check for you, but I hope you solve with Zendserver, in the more just seeing same.

You can monitor your server resources with htop.

To install: apt-get install htop

To use: htop

To close: Press F10.
