php file appearing on all pages

I need a php code to appear on every page of my MAGENTO site. I have tried several paths including using stack overflow in English but without success.

If I put php inside the footer in CONFIGURATIONS - VISUAL, it does not read the code.

How to proceed? Thank you very much. Luciano.

Enter your code in phtml at:

app/design/frontend/base/default/template/page/html/head.phtml

OR

app/design/frontend/seutema/seutema/template/page/html/head.phtml
