My VS was working perfectly, today I bought and installed the antivirus Kaspersky, when I went to run a site ASP.NET (MVC) the following error appeared:
UNABLE TO START PROGRAM 'An operation is not validates in the current state.
How do I solve the problem?

Check your Firewall and try to change port, probably an ISS problem. To configure follow the example here:

An even simpler option is to stop the IIS service and run the project again in Visual Studio that when running (F5) again your project (by default) the visual studio will move up a new instance of IIS.
