Make your website open only on mobile

Question

I need my site to open on mobile only, as it is a hybrid app that will either serve as webview or Progressive Web App.

How can I make my website open only on mobile devices ?

I use a php class to detect if it’s mobile or not:

I think it would not be "only on mobile devices" but responsive.

Understanding your side, I believe you would like it to be used only on mobile devices and in case any desktop access is not displayed right?

I’ve never seen a site just for mobile (inaccessible via site).

I think it would be interesting for you to develop the application encapsulated to the application (if you have) and not indexed to the search engines.
