Script to check if the CPF matches the name

In a system, to increase the security and reliability of the data, it would be interesting to know if the CPF reported to the site corresponds to the given name. I couldn’t find a script on the Internet for that kind of correspondence. As the IRS, has available on the link https://www.receita.fazenda.gov.br/Aplicacoes/SSL/ATCTA/CPF/ConsultaPublica.asp a page to check the name and situation of the person who owns the CPF from the number of this and the date of birth, I believe that this could be more quiet.

  • I do not believe it is possible because it requires a captcha code to be filled, and I do not know any public API for third parties to perform the query.

The formation of a CPF number does not take into account the name or date of birth of a person, that is, it is not possible to do such verification by calculations or something like.

It would only be possible if there was a way to consult the national database and compare the information.

The problem is that this is an internal registration of the IRS and that seems to indicate, (unfortunately) is not and is not expected to be released to the public to consult through an API/ Webservice. Thing that I think should have released something in this sense long ago.
