The friends who accompany me here, they must have read one previous question I did with that same theme.
But as I mentioned in my last comment there, I gave up the initial idea because I concluded that I was going too fast for someone with no WPF experience.
So I decided to opt for a slightly simpler design, but equally different for a system that I’ve been working on.
I would like some suggestions of which components, layouts, properties to use to create a MainWindows
to the app templates Clima
windows 10.
As it is necessary to start somewhere, first I would like to receive suggestions on how to create a side menu like the one that opens and collects by clicking on the top button.
What layouts and components should I use to achieve this.
Just one note. My project is of the WPF type Windows Desktop Classico. It is not a Universal App. Applies in this case also?

@Matheussaraiva Gee no. The weather app is a UWP, so I didn’t realize that its not.

I received some suggestions in the US version of the stack. I could create a common side menu and set an initial size that only appears the icons. By clicking a button or using Mouseover, I set a new size for the menu so that the description can appear. To avoid a rough reset, create an effect by gradually increasing the size, creating a sliding effect. That’s all theory, let’s see in practice :)

@Matheussaraiva, at least challenging. It will be a handmade work. Good luck. :)
