This will depend on the type of layout you’re using.But try using this one:

LinearLayout.LayoutParams mLayoutParams=new LinearLayout.LayoutParams(width, height);
mLayoutParams.gravity=Gravity.CENTER;
ImageView.setLayoutParams(layoutParams);
