How to solve image upload problems in Wordpress?

After migrating to Kinghost, I’m having trouble uploading images to the Wordpress library. I normally upload the image but it seems that it does not enter the library, it is as if it had been created in the database but does not appear in it, in the place appears a default icon as shown in the image below.

Has anyone been through this at Kinghost and can you help me solve it? I speak Kinghost because I think the problem is server related.

It looks like a Directory permission issue. Try recursively changing the Directorio uploads permission to 744 or 755. Can be with an ftp client like Filezilla.

  • Neither 755 nor 744 and this is directly related to the Kinghost server.

No error message? or in the server logs?

So guys, through a plugin that allows you to access easier settings of the uploads folder, I was able to edit the path of the upload folder that was wrong after a site migration. This plugin is the Upload Url and Path Enabler. Make sure that the /uploads folder and all its subfolders are allowed 755 ... Big hug and let this content serve as consultation documentation to those who need.

Man what I did. Go to settings and then click on media. Então você verifica se não há nada no caminho para o seu servidor

Then you check where it was marked in red if the path is right. The normal is: wp-content/uploads. Then it would be your host/your folder/wp-content/uploads

Anything that’s not in it is probably making the mistake.
