Image opacity tagged with MAP

I have this page:

In it, the image is tagged <area> to put link on each of the forms. The problem is that the service staff wants when they click the number 1 for example, the rest is left with an opacity. It has some possibility ?

What you want is not possible friend.
The only way to do what you want is by using SVG.
Make a CSS + jQuery combination and you can do whatever you want.
