I am starting on Android now and had not come across this error before, I have tried to see other projects but even so the error persists, I wonder what is causing the error and how to resolve it.

Regarding this specific error it was enough to just do "Un-inject Language or Reference" and remove the reference to Aidl that there was.
After that the Manifest file no longer shows the error.

Thanks for the suggestion, although the rebuild did not work, I found that I just needed to make a "un-inject language or Reference" that I had probably added and did not notice.
