I created a standard database and created some schemas within this database. I created users for each schema, now I want to give full permission for each user in their schema only, as I should do?

Properties of your SCHEMA > In the left tab click on Permissions > click on Search (to search the user) > below are the user permissions on Schema

In a simple way it will be so:
GRANT TAKE OWNERSHIP ON SCHEMA::Person TO USER_1
You need to see what level of permissions you want to give to the user in question, you can remove all doubts in this URL MSDN

Douglas, have you ever associated User with Login ? In SQL Server both are different

Yes, I already used this command: create user xx for login xx with default_schema= [xx];
