catch listview values after click on Menuflyoutitem

Question

how to pick up the values of a listview made in windowsphone 8.1 after clicking on a Menuflyoutitem. Example have a listview with id, name and phone after holding the list to appear Menuflyoutitem want to click on a menu option and know the values of id, name and phone of that selected line.
