Colleagues. Through the model Tabs with Ajax I have to pass the content by clicking on the tabs, but it would be like instead of the tabs, it would be by a button ( forward ) at the end of each text of the tabs? See the code:

Here a very simple code:

$(".proximo").on("click", function()
{
    var indice = $('#tabs ul li a[href="#' + $(this).parent().prop("id") + '"]').parent().index();

    $("#tabs").tabs("option", "active", (indice + 1));
});

Fiddle

Being #tabs the element in your widget and .proximo the button that triggers the event.

  • Right, but when I take $( "#tabs" ).tabs(); to put your code, it gives error :(

  • @Jose.Marcos posts his code, it gets easier.

  • I edited my question and put the code there...

  • @Jose.Marcos I took the same html that you posted and switched to what was in the demo and it worked, see here.

  • Perfect Dontvoltemedown... worked... Thank you!!

  • @Jose Marcos beauty.!!

  • Oops... I’m back.. rs rs rs...your code is working perfectly, only I have one more question. I put the button: <button type="button" id="btnComprar" class="next btn btn-Success pull-right" name="Value" value="Buy" style="margin-right: 10px" disabled="disabled"/><i class="fa fa-Cart-plus"></i> Buy</button> it goes to another tab, but not registered, only if I put the type='Ubmit'. Would have some way to work with type='button'?
