How to make a Script not run in wordpress, when someone is using a mobile device, tablet, or any mobile device.

The Wordpress itself has a method for this which is the wp_is_mobile(); With it you can do what you want with just one if(){}; Example:

Well, you could analyze the HTTP header called User-Agent, which has information about the browser. In this string there is usually information about the device.
However there is already a PHP tool for this: Mobile Detect
