During the development of the applications I need to test the sending of emails, it would be great if I could have a local server with a graphical interface, so just configure my application to send emails to this server. Is there any open source tool that makes this possible?
Another thing that the site is not a repository of links tool-type. Eventually they can exist as an add-on but just quoting tools is not cool, they can even signal your response by only containing link.

The problem is not referencing, it is only reference. Responses must answer and not only link.
