How to collect requirements?

How can I collect requirements and prepare them for develop a system? Is there any way analyze that I can use for this purpose?

In many forums and research I did on the subject still leaves me with doubts, are many theoretical descriptions plus no practical example of how to collect requirements.

It’s expensive, and experience shows that only a miracle to reopen... a feather, because the question is good, the subject is super relevant so far, and there’s not a good answer about it around here... It is not an issue properly classified as software project (design software). Removing this tag will make it easier to locate issues.
