It had a server with several databases, but an error occurred and the server had to be formatted and I was able to recover the data through the backup which is done daily by the company.
I managed to recover the folder Mysql entire, however do not know how to recover my databases from that folder.
How can I get those bases back?

It already happened to me. Inside Mysql has a folder "Data". I replace it and it worked.
