Check if the packages have been updated, because sometimes with me this also happens, but the packages are updated.

how I check the packages ?

In the tala of Android SDK Manager shows in the status column "Installed" for each installed package. :)

If I clear everything and reinstall it works ?

Just check that packages that have been requested for installation are installed.
