I am wanting to test memory, processing, network and etc... on virtual machines: Vmware, Virtual PC and Virtualbox using the windows host system and do not know which program can help me in this issue, want to make a comparison to certify based on the data which would be the best of them.

I recommend using the Phoronix Test Suite.
It is an open source system for automated benchmarking, allowing the execution of dozens (if not hundreds) of benchmarks with virtually no user intervention.
It performs benchmarks of various types such as disk, file system, database, GPU computing, graphics, power consumption and more.
It actually simply automates and generates reports from the results of benchmarks that already exist, such as DB Bench, IO Zone, etc.
Also, you can post the benchmark results and compare with other results on the site Openbenchmarking.org.
It would be great to share the results obtained. I myself am very interested in these benchmarks and I would love to perform them, but lately I have no time to dedicate myself to this.
