Aws change instance EC2 from one region to another

I created all my instances in Oregon, there is a way by ADM I migrate to Virginia?

There is no simple way to do this, but you can follow this script in the AWS Console itself (web Adm):

  1. Create the image of each instance
  2. Turn this image into a model available in the new region
  3. Create another instance in the new region from the template
