Textbox with editing

I have a textbox And I wish I could edit the text on it. For example, I wish that on the website I could write in the textbox the following text:

"This is a test!"

And that could do, by clicking buttons, for example, the following edition:

"This is one test"

I tried to research but only appeared to me things as to make the textbox not allow writing and so... But nothing I want.

Does anyone know anything about this or even a website I can go to?

I believe you are looking for a Rich Text Editor for HTML. Take a look at Ckeditor, for example.
